About Wham

Website Hosting and Management (WHAM) was set up to assist small businesses, sole traders and clubs to get online in the most simple, affordable and effective manner.

For over 20 years, WHAM has built an online presence for clients that promotes their business or organisations in the best possible way. To do this, we use the world’s most popular and effective website creation software (WordPress).

We then manage your website in an ongoing relationship that keeps the online marketing of your business up up to date and effective. We constantly monitor your website and look to improve and reposition it.

This all comes at an amazingly affordable price that gives you the most cost effective advertising you could find.

So have a look at some of our latest work below and imagine what this sort of creativity could do for your business or organisation. Can you afford to NOT be online?

  1. We work with you to develop your “look and feel“.
  2. We then integrate your information into several test designs, add your domain name, and get you online.
  3. We can add any extras after you are up and running.
  4. Finally, we continue to monitor your site, suggesting continual improvements, carry out updates and maintenance for you, which is all included in your monthly low cost, hosting fee.
Before we start, you need to have considered the following:

  1. Why do you want a website? (to sell something, to gain members, sponsorship or publicity)
  2. Who are you targeting? (customers, members in a geographic area, certain profile of person, general public)
  3. Do you want your website to be accessible from all devices? (iphones, tablets desktop)
  4. What do you want your website to do? (entertain, inform, educate, or all of these)
  5. Do you want something flashy and stunning, or text based and informative?
  6. What level of involvement do you plan for yourself? (fully hands on, some minor additions, leave it to us)
  7. Do you have a long term strategy for your website? (expand, overhaul, limited life)
